CRIF Bürgel GmbH measures against dissemination
In order to protect the health and safety of our employees and to ensure the continuity of our business, the CRIF Group has defined measures for different emergency levels, which must be followed by all European and non-European countries of the group. CRIF Bürgel GmbH has now implemented these measures in coordination with the local recommendations (Robert Koch Institute & Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs).
With immediate effect, the following measures must be observed by all employees of CRIF Bürgel GmbH, CRIF Credit Solutions GmbH, EURO-PRO Gesellschaft für Data Processing mbH and Elbe Credit Management GmbH.
The following measures have already been implemented:
Work-from-home/ office rotation
From 18 May 2020, employees will be split into two groups, working alternately for one week in the home office and one week at the relevant office location. Exceptions are made for employees who belong to a risk group (definition according to RKI) or who have to take care of the employees.
In this way, we ensure that the relevant distance regulations and safety measures can be observed. These include, in particular, the use of common rooms, meeting rooms and sanitary facilities. The cleaning and sanitation concept has been adapted, and in all office locations employees are informed of the measures by means of notices and information signs.
Furthermore we want to avoid the visit of external persons. In exceptional cases, it will again be possible to receive external visitors from 18 May 2020 after approval by the direct manager. Admission and contact details must be documented in the visitors' book at reception; visitors are not allowed to move around the building alone.
The minimum distance and the maximum number of people per meeting room (1 person per 10m²) must be observed. External visitors must be informed of the measures currently in force in the company with regard to protection against infection by SARS-CoV-2. Information sheets are provided for this purpose. External visitors also include employees* from other locations.
Participation in trade fairs/events etc.
Furthermore, business trips should be avoided and customer appointments should be made via Webex. In exceptional cases, this is permitted after approval by direct management and the managing director. The documentation of the contact data must be ensured.
Private travel is permitted within Germany according to the regulations of the individual federal states. The manager must be informed in the case of trips abroad. The employer reserves the right to impose quarantine measures.
